High quality ethyl alcohol from wheat, gone through additional rectification with the aim of exceeding the usual technological standards with alcoholic strength of at least 96% vol., entirely corresponding to the requirements of Regulation 110/2008 of the European Parliament and the Council in relation to the determination, description, presentation, labelling and protection of the geographical instructions of spirit drinks.
Guaranteed soft neutral aroma and taste. This type of ethyl alcohol is extremely suitable for use in the production of high quality drinks and particularly for the production of high class vodka.
The product is in compliance with the requirements for grain distillate according to the Ordinance for the definitions of the types of spirit drinks, types of raw materials and technological operations, rules for production of spirit drinks, permitted additives and conditions of use (Promulgated in State Gazette No.68/22.08.2006).
Alcoholic liquid, obtained through single and/or double distillation up to 95% vol. of saccharified through enzymes mash of cereals /wheat or corrn/, fermented under the activity of yeasts and having specific indicators. The same is applied in the production of different drinks.
